DIET
Early morning - 300ml of water+a tsp of jeera boil it together, and drink them.
Breakfast(8.00-8.30am) - Dosa(2)+Egg whites(2)+ Tomato chutney.
Mid morning(10.30-11.00am) - Walnuts(4)/Watermelon(1/2 cup)
Lunch (12.30-1.00 pm) - Chappathi(3 nos-Thin and small)+Capsicum gravy (1 cup)+Buttermilk(1 glass)
Mid afternoon (2:30- 3.00pm) - Black tea/Green tea(150ml) without sugar and milk
Evening-(5.00-5.30 pm) Vegatable soup (1 cup)
Dinner(8.00-8.30pm) - Ragi Adai (2)+ Onion, Tomato chutney without coconut.
Bed time - Warm milk with pinch of turmeric powder and cardamon(100 ml) without sugar.
