Early morning- 300ml of water+a pinch of cinnamon powder boil it together, and drink with 1/2 lemon squeezed/Black tea.
[Note:Take egg white(2)/sprouts(1 cup) along with any breakfast food].Oats milk-1 bowl+Apple(1)
/Wheat rava kichadi(1cup)
/Red Aval poha (1 cup)/Oats upma (1cup)+ sambhar/ Idli(2) +Sambhar(1 cup).
Mid morning(10.30-11.00am) - Butter milk(1glass)/Tender coconut water(1)/Lemon juice with salt (1 glass)/Guava(1).
Lunch (1.00-1.30 pm) - Brownrice(1 cup)+ Greens kuttu(1 cup)+ Cabbage curry (1 cup)or Chicken gravy pieces(2)/Roti(2) +Veg.salad(1 cup)/ Any Variety of rice (1 cup)+ Veggies(1cup).
Mid afternoon (3:00- 3.30pm) - Black tea/Green tea(150ml) without sugar and milk /Black coffee
Evening(5.00-5.30pm)1 cup of sprouted moong dal/ green gram salad/Any vegetable soup.
Dinner(8.00-8.30pm) - Thalicha vegetable wheat idly(2 nos)wid tomato chutney/ Millets dosa(2)+Mint chutney/Ragi Adai(2)+ Tomato chutney.
Bed time - Warm milk with pinch of turmeric powder and cardamon(100 ml) without sugar.
