Early morning - 300ml of hot water+Amla(1)+few corriander leaves+1 tsp grated ginger.mix, grind together, strain them and drink it with 1/2 lemon squeezed.
Breakfast (8.00-8.30am) - Curry leaves dosa(2)+ Tomato chutney.
Mid morning(10.30-11.00am) - Carrot(1)+Pineapple(1/2 cup)
Lunch (12.30-1.00 pm) - Rice(1 cup)+ Pepper rasam(1/2 cup)+Broad beans and beans poriyal(1 cup).
Mid afternoon (2:30- 3.00pm) - Black tea with ginger and mint (150ml) without sugar and milk.
Evening-(5.00-5.30 pm) Almonds(4)+ walnuts(2).
Dinner(8.00-8.30pm) - Rava kichadi(1 cup)+ any vegetable gravy, but without coconut.
Bed time - Warm milk with pinch of turmeric powder (100 ml) without sugar.(optional).
