30 Minute Express Workouts

The Pink 30 Minute Express Workout is a revolutionary concept aimed at the sole purpose of making members burn more calories in their Target Heart Rate Zone. The main idea is to create a workout program in which all the major muscle groups would be worked on, as well as the improvement and training of one’s endurance and co-ordination skills. This workout facilitates better results. 

The member starts off with strength training in the circuit area. This will automatically raise the Heart Rate and would facilitate member getting into her target heart rate zone. At this time, a transition to cardio would lead to more calories burn than the conventional system.  If done the proper way, the Pink 30 Minute Express Workout can yield 500 calories in 30 minutes.

Pink makes workout: Less pain and more gain

The Pink 30 Minute Express Circuit is based on the interval training: Cardiovascular exercise and Strength training. Typically there are 16 stations, the member alternates between strength machine and a stepper for the aerobic movements. 

The Pink 30 Minute Express Circuit allows members to stay in their “aerobic zone” during the 30 minute workout. It also provides a total body workout and is 30 minutes from start to finish; 30 - 40 seconds per station.

The Member Experience

The ‘ Circuit Series ‘ has been designed with minimal number of settings to allow for an easy, quick set-up on each piece. The machines consider the safety factors of body support, correct bio-mechanics, full range of motion and ease of use. From the moment you sit in each piece you will feel supported as the machine guides you through each movement. This circuit system creates an effective total body work out.

People often ask, what is the optimal amount of workout for a week. There is no precise answer to this question, however there are some good rules to go by: The optimal amount consists of 3 times X 30 minutes work out per week. In short it is best to work out every other day

I am 55 years old school teacher. I walked into the Pink Fitness, Besant Nagar with the motivation to lose weight. I ended up not just losing weight, but also gaining the will to remain healthy and happy.

On last winter, I met with an accident. While I was riding my two-wheeler, a car hit me from behind and I was tossed over. But despite that, I was able to get up and drive myself home to the amazement of the police and passers by. I was fortunate not to have any major injuries. And I owe this strength and dexterity to the workout regimen provided by experienced fitness trainers at the gym. This was possible only because of my regular weight training and cardio activities. 

I am proud to say that I am more energetic than my younger friends and colleagues. I also look and feel younger than others my age. My body structure, gait and skin tone have improved. I can feel my bones and muscles becoming stronger with each passing day. I can use the staircase without gasping. Aishwarya - lost 10 Kgs
